Biographical Sketch

Originally from Georgia, Kathy holds a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Kathy is also a Board Certified Nursing Administrator, Advanced.  She has more than 20 years experience in nursing administration, primarily focused in adult critical and cardiovascular care.

Prior to coming into the practice, Kathy served as Executive Director and Vice President of the Heart and Vascular Institute and HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Health System in Fort Myers, Florida. 

Kathy has published a number of articles and presented at multiple local and national conferences, including the Snowmass Institute

Kathy devotes her career to improving health for the men and women of Southwest Florida.  She has served for five years on the board of the American Heart Association of Lee County and chaired the annual Heart Walk, exceeding fundraising goals and expanding the event’s educational emphasis on women and heart disease.  Kathy brings her passion for excellence in healthcare, community education, and program and people development to her new role as the practice administrator.
