of their issues with learning, fine motor skills,
medications and memory, can have a very high risk
for gum disease and other serious oral health
issues.

On
Friday - May 14, 2010, Gary Shierling Family
Dentistry provided
an
education opportunity for clients, stressing
personal oral hygiene. Everyone had a really fun
time! There were, of course, toothbrushes,
toothpaste, mouthwash and other giveaways.

Our
outreach to LARC is part of our mission and vision.
We have been very successful in reaching out to the
school system every year during dental health
month--seeing as many as 500 students!

On a more long term approach,
Gary Shierling Family Dentistry, LLC has
applied to provide dental care for APD (Agency for
Persons with Disabilities for the state of Florida).
